Using pgAudit or other tool to log queries on Postgres

We are considering using Render’s Postgres and for compliance reasons, we need to be able to log all queries being made for specific users. Can we use pgAudit or some other tool to log those queries?

The docs cover a list of Postgres Extensions supported on Render. This includes pgaudit (on Postgres versions 13 & 14)
