Unable to Create PostgreSQL Database on Render - Keeps Asking to Add Card Details

Hi Render Community,

I am trying to create a PostgreSQL database on Render using the free tier. I have added my card details, but every time I fill in the required information and click on “Create Database,” the page reloads and asks me to add the card details again.

I am unable to proceed with creating the database. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
