Can't create PostgreSQL database - site doesn't respond

Hello,
I’m new on Render and I wanted to try to create a free PostgreSQL database so I go on dashboard and I do a “New PostgreSQL” :

  • I choose a db_name
  • A postgres version (16)
  • A region (Frankfurt)
  • A free plan

I click on “Create Database” and… nothing happen. No redirection, no message, no alerte, nothing.

So I try to complete every fields, I try with others options, I try with other browser… nothing happen.
I can’t create a database and there’s no explanations on the page or on the website. No “down status”…

What am I suppose to do ?
