'This service has been suspended by its owner' and Stuck into the login loop while trying to log into render.com

When I visited my website it says ‘This service has been suspended by its owner’ and when I tried logging in render via google and logged into the account that is connected to render.com it brought me to the render.com homepage and I was not logged in.

  • Tried different Browsers

  • Cleared browser cache and cookies.

  • Tried logging in using Incognito Mode.

  • Attempted login on a different device.

  • Attempted login on a different network (mobile hotspot, different WiFi).

  • Disabled VPN, ad blockers, and browser extensions.

  • Tried logging in using direct authentication URLs (GitHub, Google, or email).

  • Confirmed that Render is not down via the status page.

Despite these steps, I am still stuck in a login loop and unable to access my dashboard.

I have been contacting Render team via email everyday still no response.
