Tensorflow version error while uploading a flask project

I am getting error while uploading my flask project. I have tried changing flask version also but it did not worked.

tensorflow-intel only runs on Windows. Render only runs services on Linux.

From tensorflow-intel · PyPI :

This optimized version of TensorFlow for Windows OS has been produced by Intel.

how can i resolve this problem? can you please give step by step solution?

I cannot give a step-by-step solution. If you’re using something specific to tensorflow-intel, it simply won’t work on Render because Render doesn’t run Windows.
