Support for Clickhouse

Hi,

We are considering to deploy Clickhouse on Render.
After reviewing the example Github repo, it seems a bit outdated. Last updated 4 years ago using v21 image while the current version is at v25.

Also, it limits to deploy only to Private network. Is there a reason why? We might want to expose this instance so that we can send queries from our local laptop.
