Subscription plan changed


I recently upgraded my plan to paid plan, but now my plan has been changed back to free plan. I checked my account, my paid plan is still there but I am unable to access it.



Are your services maybe Blueprint managed? If you have defined the service to be “free” in your Blueprint, any new sync will revert the instance type.


How can I revert it back?

Actually I am using the web app from in the web. Is there a way you can revert it in your side?


The platform is self-service for the most part. However, if you want to discuss specific services in your account, the community forum probably isn’t the place for that.
