Guys pls, i have a project that is already live but there’s an error on it which says 'unable to locate the static directory in the STATICFILES_DIRS settings.

I recommend verifying that the code and directory structure getting deployed from the connected Git repository matches your working local environment.
Often these type of errors appear because the directory doesn’t actually exist relative to where it is referenced in the code as checked into the repository.
Without actually looking at your Git repo, the code that references the static directory, and the full directory structure of the repo, I can’t really offer much more guidance beyond that.
