I have a MYSQL private service which I had suspended and now I am not able to start it up. It keeps failing with Time Out error. I have tried for almost 24 hours.

The issue still remains after these many days. I got a mail from the Enginnering team saying it is fixed, but it is not.
Just to close the loop on this - I believe we’ve solved this issue via a separate Support ticket? Is that correct?
