SOC 2 Type 2 report

Hi,

I’m doing vendor security review for my client, who is using Render. But when I requested the SOC 2 report from the Trust Center, it kept getting denied. Is there a way any other way I can request it (e.g, via email)?

Without an account of this type, SOC 3 is available.
