I’m going through the SOC2 process, which asks about intrusion detection systems. Is this something Render provides off the bat?

Hey @jeremy-render,

thanks for the link. One step in procuring our own SOC2 report is that we set up an intrusion detection system to monitor abnormal traffic. As we are built on top of Render, I would expect this to be something that is built at your level, not something we introduce into the infrastructure. I am just asking to confirm if this is something Render has got built into the system?

As an example, I found this Q&A: Intrusion Detection System, but I am not deploying on GCP systems.

All the information we can share is included in our SOC2 report. I understand you might be looking for more details about our infrastructure, but please note that the majority of the information we’re able to disclose is contained within that document.
