Service routine infrastructure maintenance killed my data in production

Hello! I am new using render.

I recently deployed a Service for my API using Strapi and sqlite.
I upgraded the sevice to a Starter Service to keep the service up during deploys.

However, this weekend, I saw a deploy that said “Triggered by Render as part of routine infrastructure maintenance”

Aparently, this new deploy destroyed my instance and all data in it!

Is there anyway to recover the data at least, this is an URGENT matter, because this instance was being used as a production environment for a client of mine and I just lost all of their data.

Would a rollback help me?
Can ssh to the machine help me access the data?
