Server is hung.. There is no log/event/notification

Hi,
I am trying out Flask on Render. This is on free tier before I upgrade to a paid one… Deploy went through and got the app up and running… Now its hung… There is no notification in logs/events etc.

How do I figure out what has happened… Where do I check?
