In the metrics section of my Web Service, I can see 6 instances. Does this mean I have 6 instances running? On my scalings tab I only see 1 instance running and my plan is a starter plan (no auto-scaling).
I wanted to know what it actaully meant.

Hi there,
Depending on the time range of your metrics, you may have had a deployment(s) (or unhealthy event(s)) that created a new instance of your service and shut down the current one. You don’t have six instances running at once unless you scale your service.
This is why the metric chart is complete when all 6 instances are selected, like in your screenshot. If you only selected one of them, you would only get the chart for the time the instances were running.
