Package.json exists in this path C:\Users\shaik\Desktop\PROJECTTT> , don’t know why render is looking for package.json in this ‘/opt/render/project/src/package.json’ path and don’t know what’s the reason for error , everything seems right to me , I could be wrong

C:\Users\shaik\Desktop\... refers to a local filesystem, typically Windows. When you deploy a Render service, the code it uses will be pulled from the Git repository you have provided it.
I recommend verifying that your code is getting committed and pushed up to your Git repository, then you can redeploy to Render from there.
