Thanks for reaching out.
It seems you’re trying to deploy a bot, you’ll need to use a Background Worker.
Your repo shows you were using a “worker” dyno on Heroku, Background Workers are the Render equivalent.

If you want to use a Background Worker, click “New +” > “Background Worker”.

Yes, Background Workers do not have free plans.
