Right now in the free version, my website is taking its time to load when redirecting to a new part of the site.
If I want this process to be faster, what should I increase? RAM or CPU. What does each of these affect?
If I’m having around 10 people using the website at once, does that effect anything?

It sounds like you’ve described exactly what is covered in our documentation about Free Instance Types: https://render.com/docs/free#free-web-services
You’ll need a paid instance type to prevent the spin-down behavior (“Change Instance Type” button on the settings page of the service).
