I have multiple clients, each needing to be billed to separate credit cards.

I tried creating another account with a different email, but it seems only one GitHub account can be linked.

What’s the best way to host multiple projects with different payment methods, while still pointing to my GitHub repo?

The solution here would be Professional Workspaces. Each workspace is billed separately, and your one account could be a member of each workspace. The client have their own account and be invited as another member of the workspace to set up their billing details. Professional Workspaces have a $19 USD cost per member per month, as covered on the pricing page.
