Is there a way to disable the external URL that is created automatically?

All my services are hosted on Render. They talk to each other. I can secure their communication by using the private internal address.

But Render also creates an automatic external URL for each deploy. Is there a way to disable this external URL so that the service can’t be access from the outside?

For a webservice it’s expected to expose at least 1 external address.
