I’d love to be able to see what services of mine were affected by an outage and get a list of the requests that failed during the time. Since most of my metric and logging happens through render, if it goes down, I can’t tell what the impact is.

Have you enabled log streams? This can give you more insights into what happens if your service goes down.
Yes, and log streams are great. They do not help when Render is down. I can set up Pingdom or something to poke and record, but I think it’d be extra nice if Render could do this for me. And/or, if it’s only a partial outage, I could get the log streams of the incoming calls (not just at the server level, but the calls coming into whatever load-balancer sits at the front of *.onrender.com).
