In what context does the "afterFirstDeployCommand" run?

@David_Gustys: Another question regards “Preview Environment Initialization”.
It says that i can run afterFirstDeployCommand: ./seed_database.sh to seed databas or similar, but its not explained in what context it is running, but i guess it just bash terminal inside the context of the code right? Say im running in docker service, it will not run in it right?
