Help to deploy a django rest api that uses a postgres image as a database in docker

I’m new here and I’ve been trying for some time to deploy the following api:

https://github.com/raulin0/school-manager/tree/feature/docker-api-postgresql

The branch that has the dockerfile and docker-compose files is the feature/docker-api-postgresql branch

But I don’t understand the documentation or any of the tutorials I’ve found on the internet to carry out this task. Please help me solve this problem, I need to deploy this application to demonstrate knowledge of docker to get a job

Render does not support docker-compose. The closest comparison is utilizing a Render Blueprint: https://render.com/docs/blueprint-spec.
