I need help ASAP. Render has suspended my production Django app with no notice. As far as I know I’m fully paid up and there have been no changes to my volume/usage.
This app is actively being used today and throughout the weekend by my customers. I’ve filed a support ticket and emailed the company via the webchat - no response yet.
Any help is appreciated.

UPDATE: The issue was that render received a DMCA takedown notice. I’m not aware of any copyright violations and Render did not provide information on the takedown complaint so I have no way of correcting the issue, but I continue to reach out to the Render support team to get details.
