Glob syntax in HTTP Headers for Static Sites

I had a question about the docs here:

For example:

In other “glob” interfaces I’ve seen, the **/ will match zero or more directories, but the docs make it sound like it will match one or more directories.

Can you confirm if the docs are correct on this or what glob standard Render is using here?

As the docs state it, /**/*.css will match 1 or more directories.
