Github updates not deploying on render site

Hi! I am having an issue with my static site on render. When I make changes to my site, the automatic deploy works in render and I see the changes reflected in my github repository. However, these changes are not reflected when I open my service. I have already tried clearing my browser cache, using manual deploy, clear build cache and deploy, and restart service, and nothing has worked.
