I am looking for someone who talk to who can walk me through some troubleshooting. I am not able to get my front end to talk to my back end for some reason. They both deploy fine, seem like they should be functional but I must not be looking at something correctly.

Web Services only answer on the standard HTTP/HTTPS ports, :80 and :443. Nothing will answer externally on port :10000 as you have shown in that screenshot.
