Error with loading model on Render

I am not able to load my model on Render, it gives me this error

Eventhough the model is there in the specified location, it is not able to find it. Also to make it clear, I am trying to run the FastAPI server on the web service offered by Render, in order to run my model.

I have made my repo public for reference. Also, I have uploaded the model on Github LFS, so I wonder if that could be causing an issue. If someone could help, would be very grateful.
