Error 137 Deploying Nestjs App on Free tier

Hello, I am trying to upload Nestjs App but getting this error. I am on free tier
Is it possible I cant even deploy app on free tier, it says I run out of memory ?

I recommend searching online for what exit code 137 means. I also recommend checking the Events page on the service to see if a reason was given there for why the deploy failed.
