Deployed site shows not found on refreashing/reloading the page, otherwise it works fine

Recently i deployed a web application using render Live site
it shows NOT FOUND whenever i reload the page on any browser and after that i can not access that site unless i open same url in new tab

i just updated rewrite rule and every thing lokks great
