What are the implications of using the free plan for a site with little traffic seeing that it shuts down after 15 mins of inactivity?
I am a bit concerned about the time it will take to wake up once request starts coming in. Any details on this?

This is a feature of our free plan as detailed at https://render.com/docs/free - our free plan is intended for development where this type of delay is acceptable and probably not something that you want to consider for a production service.
