Changing Private Service to Web Service

Hello! I experienced the same error reported here: Mixed content connecting public to private web service

So, basically, is there anyway I can change my service type from private to webservice without deleting it and creating a new one?

It’s not possible to change a private service into a webservice, you would need to create a new service

So, am I going to be encharged twice?

Absolutely not, you are only ever charged for what you use. So if you suspend/delete the private service and create a new webservice you would cease being charged for the private service at that point and new charges would accrue for the webservice,
