I changed the buildCommand in render.yaml, but it doesnt show up in the render.com dashboard.
I also tested this, by placing a wrong command (i.e., a command that would never work) in render.yaml. However, the build for that commit proceeded. It used the buildCommand that I can see in the dashboard.
How can I get the render.yaml config to show up in the dashboard?

I’m not seeing any connected render.yaml files for your account. In order to get Render to use the file, you’ll need to go to your Render dashboard, click YAML on the left menu, and then click “New from YAML”. From there, you can sync the file with your service and you should see updates properly reflected on your service.
What do you mean on the left menu? In my dashboard I only see the services I already have, I am trying to understand how to make the file work in our current projects
