Can't connect to basic database instance

Hi

Running a simple instance of Postgres, and have had no problems / complaints with connecting to it.

Connecting with pgAdmin, as well as an api app hosted elsewhere, has worked without issue.

Suddenly, ie today, I can’t connect at all. Can’t connect with the default account / password provided in the dashboard. Can’t connect through the api app.

The database is visible from the dashboard, meaning that it shows as ‘available’, I can see the logs, etc. Just can’t connect in order to use the database.

Is anyone else having this issue? If so, what can be done to resolve it?
