Can’t Log In via GitHub – Stuck in Login Loop

Hi everyone,

I can’t log in to my Render account using GitHub. After I click “Sign in with GitHub,” I get redirected back to the login page in a loop.

What I’ve tried so far:

  • Cleared cache/cookies
  • Tried multiple browsers/incognito windows
  • Revoked and re-granted OAuth access in GitHub (though Render isn’t listed in my Authorized OAuth Apps at all)
  • Verified I’m using the correct GitHub account and matching email addresses

It looks like the OAuth handshake between Render and GitHub isn’t completing, since Render never appears in my GitHub authorized apps.

Could someone from the Render team please help investigate or provide a workaround (e.g., temporary email/password login) so I can access my dashboard again?

Hi!

I had same problems, and if you can’t login via some network that means that you are not registered with this network.

also You can write to support@render . com and ask them to help you directly. They helped to me figure out that I’m trying to get into different account =)
