Build is successful but the page and URL says 'not found'

I’ve deployed a prototype, and the build is live, but the URL says ‘Not found’.

Just to follow up here for future viewers of the post:

“Not Found” on a Static Site means we were unable to find an “index.html” in the “Publish Directory” (service “Settings” page) you specified. Make sure your Publish Directory points to your static file, whether they’re in your repo or generated at build time.
