Is there a way to input a different email for billing (for example the one of the bookkeeper), and make the monthly invoices be sent to it? I didn’t find such an option, and it will be strange to realize it’s available on all other platforms besides this one…

If you use a Team you can set up a Billing Email. If you’re using a personal account, you can transfer all your services to a team at creation time. However, please note it’s not currently possible to transfer services ad-hoc between accounts/existing teams.
