Bandwidth limit on what basis

Hey. I just wanted to know how the 100GB bandwidth limit is considered. Is it 100GB per month or per each static and web service or for the whole account.
I currently have 2 web service and a static site running on my account.

It’s 100 free GB across the entire account, so it aggregates the bandwidth data for all your services monthly, and not for just static sites.
