Are environment variables in render.yaml available as build and runtime?

@David_Gustys: Hi, a question (since its not document or did not manage to find it) - Are render.yaml specified environment variables only available during runtime of container or also during build time ?

They are just like environment variables created in the dashboard, and are available at both build and run time.
