We’re excited to announce Log Streams: the recommended mechanism to use external logging providers going forward. Log Streams are currently compatible with LogDNA and Papertrail, and support for other providers is coming soon.

Endpoints are currently configured per team. What’s making you look for service-level log endpoints?
One use case is separating out pull request apps so that they’re not logging to the main endpoint. I agree that having a term level endpoint covers most use cases, however.
Depending on your logging provider, you might be able to filter out pull request apps quite easily. Perhaps Render can make it easier by adding the appropriate tags. Which provider are you using?
