Account Suspended for “Suspicious Activity” Without Any Notice — Emailed Support Twice, No Response for 2+ Days

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an urgent issue with my Render account. When I tried logging in, I was shown this message:

“Your account has been suspended for suspicious activity. If you believe this was a mistake, please contact support.”

I’m sure this suspension is a mistake because I never received any warning or prior notification.

I host my project DynaSpark AI on Render, and because of this suspension, the entire service has been offline. This is affecting my users and my development work.

I have already emailed Render Support twice, and it has now been more than 2 days without any reply.

I understand support can be busy, but this is a critical issue because my service is down.

If anyone from the community or the Render team can help escalate this or guide me on what to do next, I would really appreciate it.

No, I tried contacting Render support, but there was no resolution. On top of that, the service subdomains have also been blocked, so I can’t even create a new account and start over. I’m still trying to understand what went wrong, my account was suspended without any warning or explanation.
