502 in Singapore services since morning (more than 12 hours and still not resolved)

I have been facing a 502 gateway error since morning (more than 12 hours now). This is happening to my services running on a Singapore server. I have been trying to reach the support team at render by opening tickets, emailing the support team but have got no response so far.

My services are used by customers and this is really embarrassing for my business. I request immediate resolution and compensation for my lost business.

I’m getting 502 in Oregon services for the last couple of hours.
