Just upgraded my plan from free plan just to keep my service running but seems like it didn’t help

You haven’t mentioned which service you’re referring to.
If you could share some examples of the issue you are experiencing that may help us troubleshoot it with you, e.g. any logs/errors/output, specific URLs, service ID, reproduction steps, etc. If you don’t want to share these details on the community forum, please feel free to raise a ticket with support@render.com

Are the services in question free plans in Oregon or Frankfurt?

If your services were in Frankfurt, the issue should now be resolved.
We’re still working on the Oregon Free services fix.
