Webpack not found

este error lo tengo , y el webpack se esta ejecutando en local pero por mas que configuro en render siempre me sale este error

Typically this kind of error means that the command you are trying to run was never properly installed on the service. I recommend verifying that it is getting installed via the build command.

Beyond that, you will probably want to reach out to Support privately (via the Help link in the Dashboard) so we can take a closer look at the specific service.
