Web Services refused to load dotenv-vault

Hello, I have a web services that is connected to my docker image. Since the new year, I have been unable to see 'Loading env from encrypted .env.vault' message on the logs, which means my environment variables are not loaded at all. Very weird, since it has worked previously

There is no issue at all as I have included DOTENV_KEY as an environment variable, but for some reason dot-env vault isn’t loaded up upon the start of the service.

Have you verified that the .env.vault is present when you use the shell tab to inspect what’s deployed on the disk?
