Unable to Send External Requests

I am unable to send a GET requests to an external SMS service server,instead i got a timeout error.

Hi there,

Our static outbound IP addresses are not proxy IP addresses. You don’t use them like this. All outbound requests from Render will automatically have these IP addresses as the source/client IP address when making external requests from your Render service.
