Unable to Register Thailand Tax ID/ VAT Number

Hi there, I was adding my company’s information under Billing Information but the Tax ID keeps getting rejected, with the error message “Invalid VAT - VAT must be a 13 digit number” (although I did enter the 13-digit VAT number of my company). My company is based in Thailand (Bangkok) and we only have this 13-digit tax ID number.

Does anyone know what the issue could be?
