Unable to open database file - out of memory

I tried to deploy the github penguinmod storage API.
It is a way to store numeric values for the long haul in Scratch games.

Deploying it on railway was no problem. (But that stuff is expansive…)
But somehow I cannot deploy it here.

I keep running into
==> Running ‘./app’
Path is
DB file at /db.sqlite
unable to open datbase file: out f memory (14)

Any idea what went wrong?
