Suffix added to databasename

From the docs:

Also like the dashboard, Render may add a random suffix to a given databaseName.

And indeed: I specified a database name in the blueprint and after creation, a suffix is added…

Why is this? Why cant I specify the database name myself?
I don’t like the suffix

Hey,

We sometimes add a suffix to keep the database name unique across our database. We cannot change that.
