I just tried to launch a proxy and it says Deploy failed for 08cc57d4: Moving to Google Action repository lockdown. Exited with status 1 because of an internal system error. Does anyone know how to fix this.

Maybe your root directory has not been set correctly (set to a non-existent folder from the root)
