I chose Singapore (SG) as my server’s location but these 2 IPs are from the US:
74.220.52.0/24
74.220.60.0/24
This has caused my services to fail because there are some 3rd parties I use that restrict the US. My service has been down for more than 20 hours now, and there is no response via the chat portal 
Anybody has similar problem?
The IPs are definitely in Singapore - the GeoIP databases may have them in the USA to our registered office address - we’re working to get Geo data updated accordingly.
I see, any ETA of when the data correction is done? My services is pretty much on halt right now and my clients suffer a tremendous loss.
Any possibility of having my service use the 3 old IPs until the issue is fixed?
We’ve submitted updated to Geo IP databases as of last week so the addressres now report as the region they are in, eg
